Rosemary is an evergreen shrub with narrow, fragrant leaves. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is widely used in cooking, perfumery and contemporary household oil preparations.
It is the one Keshsar ingredient outside the classical Indian repertoire. Its clear, resinous scent balances a blend whose other botanicals are more earthy.
Dried rosemary is included during the slow warm infusion and strained out before filling. Anyone with a known sensitivity to rosemary should check the full ingredient list and patch test first.
