Will coconut oil solidify?
It can, especially in cooler rooms. Stand the closed bottle in warm water for a few minutes. Do not microwave it or place it over direct heat.
Is sediment normal?
A faint herb sediment can be normal in a small-batch botanical oil. Gently roll the closed bottle before use if desired.
How often should I oil?
There is no single right frequency. Many people begin with once a week and adjust according to their hair and routine.
How do I wash it out?
Use your usual mild cleanser and take the time your hair needs. If washing feels difficult, use a smaller amount at the next application.
Is shikakai the same as shampoo?
No. Shikakai is a botanical included in the infusion and is also used separately in traditional washing preparations. This oil itself is not a cleanser.
Is Keshsar a medicine?
No. Keshsar is a cosmetic hair oil for an oiling ritual. It is not a medicine and is not presented as a treatment for any condition.
